1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Bikaneer Wala website (bikaneerwala.com), you automatically agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Bikaneer Wala.

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

2️⃣ Account and Registration

When creating an account, you agree that:

• You are 18 years of age or older (or have guardian permission)
• You will provide correct and accurate information
• You will keep your password secure
• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• One person can hold only one account

3️⃣ Products and Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST
• We may change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for representation only — actual color may vary slightly
• It is your responsibility to follow the size chart
• Orders will only be processed when stock is available
• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

4️⃣ Orders and Payment

When placing an order:

• Order confirmation depends on successful payment
• Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS to your registered number
• We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders
• For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at delivery
• Failed payment charges are not passed on to the customer

Accepted Payment Methods: Razorpay (UPI/Card/NetBanking), PhonePe, Paytm, Cash on Delivery

5️⃣ Delivery and Shipping

• Free Delivery: On orders above ₹499
• Delivery Charge: ₹49 on orders below ₹499
• Delivery Time: 5-7 working days (7-10 days for remote areas)
• Express Delivery: Will be shown on the order page when available
• Delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed
• 3 delivery attempts will be made if the first attempt fails
• After 3 attempts the parcel will be returned — a re-delivery charge will apply

6️⃣ Returns and Exchanges

• Return/Exchange is only valid within 7 days
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return/exchange is not available on sale items
• Return is not available on innerwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days

7️⃣ Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited while using the website:

• ❌ Placing fake orders or refusing COD orders
• ❌ Attempting to hack the website
• ❌ Using another person's personal information
• ❌ Bulk purchasing for resale without permission
• ❌ Submitting false reviews or ratings
• ❌ Copying copyright content
• ❌ Distributing spam or malware

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on the Bikaneer Wala website — logos, images, text, design — is copyright protected and belongs to us.

• No content may be copied or used without permission
• Screenshots may be taken for personal use
• Written permission is required for commercial use

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Bikaneer Wala will not be responsible in the following situations:

• Payment failure due to internet connectivity issues
• Errors by third-party delivery partners
• Force majeure events (flood, earthquake, strike, etc.)
• Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
• Website downtime (maintenance or technical issues)

🔟 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, specifically:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

In the event of any dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it mutually. If unresolved, the case will be filed in the courts of Rajasthan.
