How do I submit a return request?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 74270 43484 or email us at bikaneerwala@gmail.com. Please provide your Order ID and reason for return. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Is return shipping free?

Yes! In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, return shipping is completely free. Free pickup is also available for size/color exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

After the returned product is received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. For UPI it takes 2-3 days.

Can I return a partial order?

Yes, if you have ordered multiple items, you can return one or more items. Each item will have a separate refund process.

Is return possible after 7 days?

Normal returns are only possible within 7 days. However, if a manufacturing defect is found, we review it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.
